Today, I just found out that sometime last night, TrekMovie.com had revealed that Paramount Pictures had made a change of plans as the 12th "Star Trek" movie will be released on June 29, 2012 instead of sometime in summer of 2011. According to J.J. Abrams (director of 2009's "Star Trek"), this will allow more time for him to direct the movie itself.
