For those of you who consider entering the Design A Star Trek/Ship/Station/Shuttle Challenge, which I'm currently hosting, I made a change to one of the challenge rules as to try to make things more simple for the contestants: In the rule I modified, I removed the requirement for each contestant to name the ship model of his/her fan-made starship creation, and the rule itself now just reads "If you choose to do a starship, it can follow a new design variation of a model that exists in the official "Star Trek" continuity (ex: your fan-created ship can follow a new design variation of the Galaxy-Class starship model, of which U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D is a unit), that's if you want. Remember not to copy exact "Star Trek" designs".
That's all. If you have any questions/comments, respond to the comment box attached to the challenge. Remember that the deadline for this challenge is April 12, 2010. Also, if you know anyone whom you think might be interested, spread the word about this challenge, because the more contestants taking part, the merrier things will be.
