This year, theater group Atomc Arts will be doing another "Trek In The Park" performance at Wodland Park in Portlant, OR. Like last year's performance, this year's will admit all age audiences, free of charge.

This year's "Trek In The Park" performance will be a play adaptation on "Space Seed", the episode of "Star Trek: The Original Series" where the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 encounters the S.S. Botany Bay, a 20th Century Earth sleeper ship carrying a group of rebellious genetic supermen placed in suspended animation. Note that it's the same villainous group in 1982's "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan".

The event itself will take place on the weekends July 10-11, July 17-18, July 24-25, and July 31-Aug 1 with the start time per weekend being 5:00 PM. For more info, visit atomic-arts.org
