Some of you may know that this September 8 will mark the 55th anniversary of the Star Trek franchise. However, I'm sure there are a number of you who never watched anything Star Trek before but are curious about which episodes are worth checking. Therefore, as we are now counting down to Star Trek's 55th birthday, each month will see the posting of my list of 55 episodes of a different classic Star Trek TV. series that all Star Trek fans (old and new) must check out, not counting of course Star Trek: The Animated Series as it only lasted for 22 episodes (and yes, I recommend you watch all of it).
