Appearance: “a tall young man with long black hair tied high up in a ponytail with a blue tassel and ribbon and a silver hair clip piece pinned around the ponytail base that was adorned with sapphires. His fringe fell neatly around his face, only a few parts falling in front of deep, royal blue eyes. His haori had sleeves and fell only slightly loosely around his lean body. His sash and inner kimono was icy blue. A medium width, silver chain with a sapphire jewel near the clasp was wounded around his sash and fell down near his hip. On his right ear was a sort of silvery-white ear piece. One part attached to the rim of his ear, then a silver chain ran from the rim to a crystal earring on his lobe. It looked like something similar to Kuchiki’s kenseikan in the sense that it looked traditional and represented nobility. He wore silver wristbands. Instead of the normal Shinigami foot attire, he wore black flats like Soi Fon’s. At his left hip was his zanpakuto: long and straight, instead of curved like a katana, with a [golden-yellow] hilt and a deep blue sheath. He was very handsome... and very young.”
Personality: Upon first appearance, Suisenro appears to be stuck up and full of himself. However, contrary to his appearance, he is a gentle yet mysterious soul. He is insanely loyal to those he trusts, looks up to, and reveres. He is very dependable and willing to help anyone in need whether they ask for it or not. However, he is also sensitive and sometimes moody, though he hardly ever shows it. He can be clingy to those he likes but goes away once someone tells him to. Despite his non-leadership qualities, he does his job well and with dignity and efficiency. He loves sweets and frozen fruits but hates sour and spicy foods. He has a knack for kemari and loves all kinds of weather. Is often called crazy because of his willingness to venture out during storms. He has excessive creativity, but often no way to express it. He is unpredictable in his actions and personality from one moment to the next.

Zanpakuto: A blue and yellow-gold winged creature (mainly a dragon) that looks like a hybrid between a dragon and a thunderbird, meant to represent the Japanese god of thunder and lightning, Raiden. Human version of Tsuenoraiden looks like a Japanese samurai with demon armor and mask.

Sealed: A Chokuto style sword (Japanese straight sword). Sheath is deep blue and hilt is golden-yellow.
Shikai-> Tsuenoraiden=> “Staff of Raiden” or "Staff of Lightning (and Thunder)"
A three-quarters staff with golden-yellow and white lightning swirling around the length. The staff itself is weak, but the lightning swirling around it like a double helix strengthens it nearly ten to twenty times, making it almost invincible.
Bankai-> Raiden, Tatsunoinazuma=> “Raiden, Dragon of Lightning (and Thunder)”
A golden-yellow ivory staff as long as he is tall. Lighting swirls around the length and at the top is a metal circle with a short blade at the top (similar to the Tenketsu from Kekkaishi) and 4 rings fastened around the circle (like Miroku’s staff). His attire also changes with his Bankai release.
Release chant: “Now, strike (down from the heavens), Tsuenoraiden!”
When releasing his zanpakuto, he twirls his sword around him while chanting the release. While spinning, the sword transforms in length and appearance. Sometimes he says the whole chant and other times he just says “now, strike.”
The guard design is circular with a serpentine dragon circling the Cancer zodiac symbol. The dragon has horns, a beard, and small wings.
Education: Because Suisenro is the heir to the Koriyama clan, he was trained privately in the Koriyama palace by private instructors. Since the captains positions had yet to be filled, the Koriyama clan council of advisers wanted him trained to be a captain from the get go. Of course, their plans were successful as Suisenro had a lot of potential.

History/Background: Nothing extremely important except that he has a twin sister, Suirenko Koriyama and an adoptive sister Suigetsu Koriyama. See Education (for now).
General Abilities:
Suisenro is a master with Kido (like Momo) and can be very creative with it. He is fast, but not extremely. His main skills lie with Zanjutsu and his creativeness and intellect. If Tsukiro’s mind is going 24/7, his is going about half the time and only in times of battle and war. He is very skilled with his zanpakuto and mainly uses attacks that he just comes up with off the top of his head (i.e. things that don’t have names). He is a master battle strategist (a lot like Athena). He is a lot like Loki when he fights: “a trickster with a blade and spells.”
Zanpakuto abilities:
Shikai:
None. Mainly just wielding lightning strikes (similar to Hyorinmaru). Can generate renditions of Tsuenoraiden, in both dragon and human form, made from lightning.
Bankai:
Tenbatsu no Sora=> Divine Punishment of the Heavens-> Suisenro raises high is staff and the circle on his staff conducts electricity from the sky and surroundings, then, after the staff is charged, he releases it at enemies. Takes a while to charge. Moderate to lethal attack, depending on how much energy is put into the attack.
Tatsu no Hanera=> Dragon’s Feathers-> Shoots bolts of lightning that look like feathers but are harder than steel. The either explode in bursts of lightning upon command or strike whatever they touch with lightning charges. Primary attack.
Kumoratsuiso=> Literally means “Chasing the Clouds” -> Suisenro generates/charges energy and lightning into his staff and then conducts that energy to multiple enemies (or just one enemy) via any conductors of electricity that are nearby. Finishing move.
Example: And idea I had for a part in my story was that Hitsugaya laid down a layer of water on the ground and then Suisenro would touch the water with his staff, causing a chain reaction that would basically--er--shock the enemy to death.
Sashiageru Hanera=> “Raise [your] Wings”-> Suisenro creates the illusion of Tsuenoraiden in dragon form to conceal himself. Blocking and concealment/hiding ability.
*Tsuenoraiden in bankai form can create lightning storms when its power is used excessively.
