I'd say this is a rant but it's really me shaking my head at people when it comes to reporting plagiarism. Especially when they do one of the following things:
*Report it saying it's belongs to them and not provide a link.*
Why does that one make me shake my head? Because apparently they couldn't be bothered to tell me where it's hosted. As in they expect me to just go to their gallery and look. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. DA anyone?
I feel like this is a waste of moderation time when members fail to follow through and then expect staff to magically figure it out on their own. The reason we have the field for putting in the Proof URL in the first place is so people can provide that info upfront.
*Keep reporting it and getting mad cause nothing was done.*
This is where I just shake my head again and sigh when I see the same people bitching around the site about nothing ever being done. Mainly because often they still continue to not bother with providing any proof. That just has me going... o_O
So yeah, you can imagine just how much I love members like that. Seriously. ._.
