This weekend has been fun. The best part was some shopping I did on Saturday. I went to the bookstore and ended up picking up Sherlock Holmes: The Complete Novels and Stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I started reading that and by the time I got to page fourteen... I knew I was hooked on it. I can't help but think... Where have you been all this time! =P

I've seen shows about Sherlock Holmes, but for whatever reason, I never got around to reading the books. So I'm now rectifying that mistake. It's amazingly good stuff. If the rest of it is as good as the first forty pages... then my money spent to pick up the boxset will have been well spent.

I did at least have a coupon for 25% off so I got the whole set for $11.09 I love how Borders sends you coupons on a regular basis. I could easily spend way too much money in that store. There are so many lovely books that I'd like to own.

Oh and I have a new term from Sherlock Holmes that cracks me up... Brain-attic... That just makes me giggle. XD If you don't know what I'm talking about... Go and read A Study in Scarlet, it's less than ten pages in. =P
