We've all heard THAT one before I'm sure. The declaration of innocence in the face of charges of wrongdoings. The only problem is that at times, the one saying it, isn't innocent at all. So with that in mind I'm going to lay down a bit of transparency in regards to members who abuse their chat privileges and continue to do so after repeat warnings to behave.
I'm only going to include two of the chat logs for this member. I've actually dealt with them myself so they knew better than to continue with the argumentative and swearing behavior. Now I know that this member was telling everyone who would listen that they had done nothing and were never warned.
News flash, they were, more than once I might add. So when someone continues to behave like this, not only do they lose chat privileges, they lose all of it, including their account here at theOtaku. So though it's a bit long, take a look for yourself. If I see this kind of behavior, I'll pull the plug on your account for good.

I hope that clears things up for a few people. I never just freeze someone's account for no reason at all. It's not that hard to play nice, seriously. We have the option for people to use private chat in addition to creating password rooms. So there's no excuse for this at all.
