Ok, this is going to sound crazy, but today, 11-19-09, Jesus Christ spoke to me! During english and lunch time! In the middle of class, I just had the urge to write a poem, and without even thinking of the words, they just appeared on the page! I have to show you! None of this is from me, but from what the LORD spoke to me today! Here goes!

Praise Be to His Name

Where is the place that is truly safe,
away from this worldly sin and hate,
but either way, we deem it the same,
for we see it day to day.
Where is the hope for the broken soul,
and for those who cannot see?
Where is the love for those who are lost,
the ones who are in need?
So may these words be heard,
this message I speak forlorned,
for any with a tongue to speak,
go and tell the world!
The promise of His sacrifice,
with way to eternal life,
no more words of hatred,
no more cursing of the knife.
Let His glory light your way,
let Him dry your tears,
for He has seen and He has heard,
to Him drop all your fears.
With Him there is no sorrow,
no more laughter turned to pain,
but rather laughter of your joy,
Praise be to His name!!
