So sorry for the delay everyone! Already I'm falling behind on my daily entries.
Yesterday my cold turned into what seemed to be a touch of laryngitis because I struggled to speak. Yes, even the great and mighty United Kingdom can lose his voice it seems. I had hoped I'd scared France away with my germs the day before, but once he realized I wasn't contagious (and that I couldn't scream for help) he decided to pay me another visit in which he MORE than over-stepped his welcome.
...I really need to keep my vital regions better protected.
Then today my voice started coming back a little. America came by instead of France (thank God) and insisted that a hamburger would coax my voice back out. However I assured him that the Earl Grey I'd been drinking was doing the job well enough. For some reason I felt myself get... weaker... when America was around. I'm really not sure why. It was probably his loud, obnoxious voice giving me a headache. Nontheless I awoke from a nap with my head on his shoulder which naturally startled me.
Perhaps tomorrow I will feel 100% better and all these people can leave me in my splendid isolation again.
