"Okay Shukaku, this is the last of the flashbacks," I told him.
"Good teme, I want the story to go on," he replied.
"So you can go off and be a man-whore that tries to seduce Yuri-san?" I snickered.
"... Shut it teme..."
-Anyway, on with the Story-
*Ahem* Cris woke up suddenly from his sleep after smelling some more ale.
Isonade jumped out of the bed he was on, "Do I smell sake?!"
Itachi was in a maid's outfit. 'I'm going to f-ing kill that raccoon!' "Lord want's sake, fetch him some," he said, shooing Kisame.
Kisame left hurrily and came back with a sake barrel. Isonade was deeply in confusion. "Hope this will please you master," Kisame said, bowing (He likes the maid's outfit XD)
Itachi walked to the large closet and opened it. "What would you like to wear today my lord?"
Isonade was officially creeped. "What the hell is going on?! My name is Cristopher Sly and I'm no lord or master. Why are you calling me such names?!" Isonade said, freaked.
Pein snickered from outside the room. He entered saying, "Calm down, my lord, cease this shouting. What makes you so angry?"
"What, would you make me mad? My name is Christopher Sly! Can't you get it through your sick, cross-dressing minds?!"
Itachi was really getting pissed at the leader's plan, but he sighed and went on with it. "You forgotten haven't you?" Itachi said, letting out a fake sob.
Isonade was getting weirded out. Even though he was bi, he wanted out of this gay-fest. Kisame started to fake cry as well. "Your sevants and wife have been hoping you'd wake up, but it seems you've forgotten of us," Kisame said, cupping his hands into his face, yet he and Itachi let out sly smiles.
"Your birth signaled happiness for everyone within this palace. Everyone envies you," Pein said, choking out the lie, "Would you like to hear a song?"
(Oh, Crap! the Akatsuki leader's going to sing?! I need to video tape this! Especially since Itachi is in that maid's outfit *evil smile as I grab a video recorder*)
Pein: Where love is king
When we feel joy here's what we say
Isonade rolled his eyes and tried to leave the room. Itachi locked the door and looked at him evilly. "I'm going to regret staying in here aren't I?" Isonade asked.
Itachi: When the moon hits your eyes, we are glad you came by
Kisame: But we're glad you're back
Itachi: When the world seems to shine you've had too much wine
Pein: Please believe us
Kisame: Bells will ring ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling
And you'll sing with us~
Hearts will play tippy-tippy-tay, tippy-tippy-tay
Like this you gay
"Doesn't get any gayer than this," Isonade pouted.
Sasori and Zetsu came inside the room (through the window) and the playing was heard more clearly.
Sasori: Heck, we all know, sake make you drool, just like that pasta fazool
Zetsu: Have you recalled yet?
Kisame: You dance down the street like a cloud at your feet
Itachi: Only when he's drunk
All: You walked down in a dream but you know you're not now
Yet you still ask how
This is true though, you'll be better now!
That's right! Welcome back!
In the background there's singing, but Isonade's trying to bust down the door.
Lucky fella
"Shut up! stop the music! I'm not who you say!" Isonade said, smashing the instruments on the ground.
Sasori and Zetsu became surprised and fell out the window. "Calm down, my drunk master," Itachi choked, "Take a deep breath, here, view these paintings." Itachi pointed at the paintings on the wall.
Isonade looked at the paintings. He thought they were... Interesting to say the least. Pein approached him. "Would you like your wife to come in?"
Isonade looked puzzled. "I have a wife? If that's true then could I be a lord?"
"Would my lord want to wash his hands?" Kisame said, taking Isonade's hand and leading him to the bathroom, "It's been fifteen years you've been asleep. We thought you'd never wake."
Kisame turned on the sink and Isonade was shocked. "These fifteen years?! God! That long?!"
Isonade washed his hands and dried them on the towel nearby. Kisame led Isonade back to his room. "Yes, my lord, you fell ill one day and slipped into a deep sleep."
"But the ale house! It seemed so real and that crazy bitch of an owner as well," Isonade said as they entered the room.
"There is an ale house my lord, but that was a while ago. We are just glad you are fine and away once more," Itachi said, fixing the bed, yet was pissed.
"You must be hungry, let's get you something to eat," Pein said, grabbing Isonade's arm and leading him to the kitchen.
"Amen to that!"
Chris had unfortunately falled for the lord's plan, but it really didn't take too much to make the baka believe a lie.
Anyway, as he ate, Page entered the room.
"Nice to see you up and kicking my lord," Suki said as she bowed, yet was cursing she was in a really girly dress.
Isonade was already drunk. "Wow! You're beautiful! Don't *hic* tell my wife I said that to you though.
Suki slapped her forehead. "Right here, noble lord, I am your wife. What is your wish?"
Isonade was a little confused. "You're my wife?! *hic* Well, you're pretty so I'll let it slide, but why are you calling me lord like *hic* them? You aren't calling me husband," Isonade stated.
Suki was shocked. She needed to think of something for the facade to work. "You are my husband, but I call you lord to not be disrespectful in a way. You are my husband either way," she stated.
Isonade pretended to know what she said. "I know what you're saying, forgive me," then he turned to the Akatsuki leader, "What must I call her? What is her name?"
"Madam," Pein stated.
"I know that, but what's her name?"
Pein got annoyed at Isonade, yet stuck to the plan. "Madam, and nothing else."
"Madam wife, they say that I was asleep for at least fifteen years," Isonade said, getting serious, "Is that *hic* true?"
Suki acted as if she was sad. "Yes, but the time seemed thirty years for me," she said.
"I see, *hic* well, it's getting late, let's go to our room and go to sleep," Isonade said, taking Suki's hand.
Suki blushed, but let go. She had to stick to the plan. "Forgive me, but it's such a surprise that you have awaken that I need a night or two for it to sink in," Suki said.
"Aww! *hic* Oh well, I can understand, you may have a night or two to yoursel-"
Just then, the Messanger came in to the room in a hurry, knocking down multiple paintings and statues on the way.
"My lord! Messanger happy you are awake!" Tobi said, crashing into Isonade, "Everyone's very sad. Messanger really isn't happy about that, infact, my sempai and his student have left as well. You're a good joke teller, could you help me out?"
Apparentally, Isonade couldn't resist Tobi's puppy-dog eye. "Okay, I'll help you out," Isonade said, patting Tobi's head.
"You sure, my lord?" Suki questioned.
"Yes, it should be easy," Isonade said.
"You haven't met the new messanger have you?"
"Come on, what's the worst that could happen? I should be able to help him out easy."
I sat up in the sand and saw that it was Dizzy and Storm that had plowed the volley ball into my head. I sighed, and stood up.
“What are you two doing here?” I asked as politely as I could with anger rushing through me like electricity.
“Hey! We wanted a break too, and since you didn’t invite us, we came anyways!” Dizzy answered.
Maki who had been chatting with her older brother Aki ran over to say hi.
“Dizzy! Storm! You two came too? This will be great!” Maki said happily.
The three of them began chatting about what would be fun to do and where the best place was to eat. I looked at Aki remembering the ten year old boy who constantly told his younger sister he would protect her from the big snake in the mountains. Maki had always refused his services though, and I smirked remembering the look on his face. I refused to trust him with my biju secret though. I had told Maki to tell her family that I was just a kid she knew a long time ago back when the village was still there.
“So you’re the one that ran off with my sister!” Aki said not angrily but more of a laugh.
“Hey she followed me home,” I answered.
“So Maki says you’re a gay hu? Well I guess that’s fine since I think you are way too young to go out with Maki,” Aki laughed.
My face went scarlet, and I knew it. Even when Isonade wasn’t here, he still made an imprint. I sighed.
“No I’m not a gay,” I said directly, “I just haven’t found the girl I like, and I wouldn’t date your sister even if you paid me. She is really old!” Sometimes playing a sixteen year old had its kicks.
Maki overhead and nearly tried to kill me. After she was done, Dizzy and Storm decided to take their swing at me. I wondered what the heck I was always getting beat up by women…..
“So was it ok with your parents that Maki stayed?” Aki asked.
“I don’t have parents. They died a long time ago,” I said flatly, “But Maki got a guest bedroom that had a handle that locked.”
“I see,” Aki said calmly, “So you normally live by alone? What work do you do?”
I had to stop and think that one through. It was true that when money ran out I would just make around four or five hundred clones and have them all work in stores or fields or something, but I really didn’t have a specific job.
“I have an inheritance that I live on now, but I work in rice fields every other day. I also live with my younger brother Kai,” I answered. It was a reasonable answer, and he couldn’t pressure me any further without sounding rude.
Suddenly Kai and Shane were back from their surfing and walking fast down the beach. Kai had something in his hand, and he speed up with excitement. He brushed past Maki and Dizzy and ran straight up to me.
“Look what I found!” Kai said happily opening up his hands. Inside was what appeared to be a black pearl, “It was inside an oyster! Can you believe it?”
“Most impressive Kai,” Aki said, “You could make an earring out of it.”
“If Hachi would let me,” Kai said almost pouting, “Shukaku has one, but not me…..”
I sighed realizing where this was going. Kai had made several attempts to get me to let him wear earrings.
“Or you could give it to Maki as thanks for cleaning the house and feeding you,” I retorted.
Kai was at a loss and Maki was smiling thinking of the black pearl. So we went to a jeweler and had it made into an earring. Maki thanked Kai who was still sad that he had lost.
The day ended with us searching the beaches for more pearls. I found a piece of plexy-glass that I figure I could try using a fire style jutsu to meld into a flute or something. Aki had been sending overly obvious hints that Maki’s birthday was coming up. Dizzy and Storm found odd shaped sea shells and a dried out blue sea star. Kai was still pouting about giving up his pearl, but was satisfied when I gave him some money to go buy some taffy. Shane went off somewhere and later came back with several girls. From the look on his face I could tell he was trying to get back at Suki for dating Isonade. All around I guess it was an ok day.
