I ran clumsily on my two human feet (one swollen from kicking the storm drain and the other fine). Where could the former members have gone to? I turned a corner almost stepping on a fox.
"Yaki!" I took a step back.
"Taki!" she glared at me.
"Look, I'm not leaving yet. I need to-"
"Are you stupid? Can't you feel that?"
I stopped and strained for any signs of anything. Then I felt it.
"That chakara- where could it be coming from?" I asked trying to act like a compass.
"You really are stupid, aren't you? It's from your so called leader, fool. I saw a battle erupting and I thought I'd tell you." Yaki rolled her eyes.
"A battle? Between who?" I said ignoring her rude remarks.
Yaki's fox shoulders seemed to shrug. I broke into a run heading towards the chakara. Then I saw them- Suki and Kyuubi at a face off. I quickly faded into a wolf deciding my next move. I didn't want to hurt my friends, but this was getting risky.
Just as Kyuubi got ready for an attack I launched off knocking him over. "What has gotten into you? Are you crazy?!" I growled in his face.
"I know what his problem is."Yaki spoke up from the sidelines. "He's got a stick up his butt."
"That was uncalled for Yaki!" I muttered gruffly.
"You're crazy Takahara!" Kyuubi spat as he kicked me off.
I hit the ground hard, my vision was dimming. I quickly got up and shook my head to see Suki lunging into an attack.
What the heck was going on? Then I noticed him- Itachi.
"That explains alot." I thought.
"Y'know, you really shouldn't be so reckless in a time like this, Taki." Yaki mentioned from behind me.
"Shut up and stay out of this." I cringed as Suki took another hit.
I bolted off towards Kyuubi again. "Snap out of it! Your stronger than this!"
Or is he?

Um...how was that? I hope I didn't mess anybody up too bad. Sorry for Yaki's annoyance as well :/
