I heard a commotion close to the graveyard and the next thing I know I had to stop Raijuu from transforming. "Man... At least I have a new house."
Chiyoko and I had a new house built from the insurance put on the house, so we had a bigger house that didn't look like an apartment. It was going on 10:30, when I sent Chiyoko to bed, but I stayed up longer watching Bleach. it was 12:45 when someone knocked on the door. I couldn't tell who it was for a minute since his stomach was swollen, but I came to find out it was Shukaku. "What are you doing here? I thought you went to Isonade's place for sake."
"I need advice..."
"What? About working out to lose weight?"
"Teme! This is not the time to joke around!"
"Okay seriously now, what's wrong?"
"Raijuu won't come out of my stomach."
I was surprised about what Shukaku said. "You ate Raijuu?!" I said surprised.
"No, we were having a sad heart to heart and he slips into my stomach to sleep!" Shukaku spatted.
"I see..."
I went into my kitchen, grabbed some leftover cake, got some milk, and returned to where Shukaku was. "What were you talking about?" I asked eating cake.
"Love."
I gagged on my piece of cake and swallowed some milk. "Gross," I said.
"Come on, have you ever loved anyone?"
"The only person I love is my younger sister, but not romantically. Other love is useless to me," I scoffed.
"You can't really say that," Shukaku said, "Isn't Chiyoko not actually related to you?"
I was about to take a bite of my cake and stopped at hearing that. I sat my fork down and looked at Shukaku. "How'd you know?"
"Chiyoko's a wolf and you are a fox, it's common sense to know you aren't related."
"So, what are you implying?" I asked, glaring at Shukaku.
"I'm not implying anything, but isn't it a possiblity you love your adoptive sister?"
I was infuriated at him. "Get out! I have nothing to offer to you!"
I shoved Shukaku out of my door and walked upstairs to my sister Chiyoko's room. As far as I saw, she was still asleep. I moved the hair out of her eyes and smiled. 'You are my sister and I hope you never recall being adopted,' I thought
I walked out of her room and I went back to the livingroom to turn off the TV. Once I did, I locked the door and went to my room. "Good night Nee-chan," I whispered as I drifted off into sleep.
