I woke up on the ground, I was covered in cuts and bruises. My sister was gone, I felt her presence, but she wasn't here. "Morning Kyu-kun," Hachi said, sitting down.
"Hachi... How do you know it's me and not my darker side?" I said, blinking my eyes to get adjusted.
"Dugh ssssssstupid your chakra is normal. When your darker ssssside ssssslips out I feel this weird chakra. Yep you're Kyu-kun, ssssO I figure you're fine now?"
I wasn't really sure, but I answered with ease. "Hachi you put too much faith in me, but ya I'm fine."
"Good 'cuz I'd rather not have to use Ryusemi on you too and lose those memories also. Then I would really be blued ssssscrewed and tattooed. Cuz then I wouldn't know any of the biju I do now hahhahahahaha."
Oh yeah, Hachimata's special weapon, a homemade sword and dragon that took the form of that chess-piece around Hachi's neck. "You have a weird sense of humor Hachi," I said laughing.
I started to get up and stretched a little. "Well now... Where are you going off to? At leassssst sssstay a while. Oh, and your ssssisster wassss here earlier but left," Hachi said.
I knew that she was here. I looked to Suki, who was sleeping nearby, and smiled. "I'm going to find her," I said, turning from Suki.
"At leasst wake that one."
I looked back and he was pointing at Suki. I stared for a minute and regretfully decided not to wake her up. "Hachi... naw just let her sleep..."
"Fine."
I was walking off, but paused and went back to Suki. I gave her a half-hug and then parted. I sniffed the air and left in Chiyoko's direction.
