Things were never really the same with Hachimata after Maki sacrificed herself to end the fight. I really feel for the guy. He's been avoiding everyone lately now, he's mostly staying at home. I feel I'm to blame. If I hadn't contacted everyone, Maki would be still alive and Hachi would be happy, but apparently I chose wrong and now Hachi's suffering because of it. I wouldn't be surprised if he hated me.
I sat up in my bed. It was lonely now that Chiyoko left to stay with her love, but I understand. She'll always be my sister and I'm not really that much alone anymore. Dizzy's staying with me for the time being and Kokoro also comes around for training. Yet, I can't be happy...
I can never be happy after the wrong decision was chosen. I left my room, checked on the sleeping Dizzy, and left. I locked my house and took the key with me. I decided to go to Isonade's pub, I don't know why, but I did.
"Kyuubi! Always nice to see you!" Isonade said, giving me a hug when I entered.
I said nothing and sat down on a stool. I sat next to a girl with short spiked black hair with red highlights. She was an emo, but she was also a demon. "This is Izzy, Kyuubi. She's a two-tailed white fox, but she doesn't talk much," Isonade said.
I nodded and stared straight. "Are you going to buy something?"
"Milk"
Isonade nodded and grabbed some. Kon came in a few minutes later. "Hey Isonade, sake, the usual," he said as he sat on the other side of me.
I looked over and Kon had a smile on his face like usual. "What's up Kyuubi?"
"I'm depressed and by the way, you got Misa pregnant."
He choked on his sake. "I WHAT?!"
"You heard me perv."
"You owe me! That would've been you!"
"I already paid you!"
Both of us growled and Izzy looked over, but started to talk to herself. "They really need to find compromise."
"Is it okay if I stay here a while Isonade?" I asked, shoving Kon away.
"Sure Kyuubi-kun, I couldn't say no to you."
I looked away. "Cut the crap..."
