The whole story of Jigoku Shoujo(Hell Girl) and how she became the person who takes people to hell starts when Ai was just a little girl a long time ago.When she was growing up she was cast out of village because the people taught she was a strange child but the only person who didn't belive that was the person Ai loved but soon the people beat her and bured her alive and also the person she loved helped bury her.Then when she got of the dirt.She wanted to exact vengence to the people who tried to kill her and then she burned down the whole village with every body alive.Then while walking away from the village,a giant glowing circle with three eyes appered in front of her. Then on a little shrine gate sat the spider(the devil).Then he went on to tell her that everything she did was wrong and that she going to have to pay for it. She woke up by a river that was surronded by a ton of lanterns with four glowing eyes of in the distance and the Entrance(to hell) and she also woke up in a black kimono with blue,red,yellow and many different colored flowers on it.the spider told her in order to pay for what you did you must help other people exact vengence and bring them both to HELL.Then from then on she was forever Ai Enma,Jiguko Shojo(Hell Girl).
