Every time you go up in rank, you can add more specialtys or change your appearance if you want. So first you might be wearing black with white stripes and then you reach amatuer and you decide to go pure black. Whatever goes better with whats happening in the story. The rank your at changes or upgrades your profile entry in other words. Work hard everyone :D

Summary: Stuff you may need to know.
Evil character: Leon
Mission: To destroy the machines that are stealing magic from places in the Otherworlds. Also, to get as much information as possible, the Chiros are "working" with Leon to try and ruin his plan.
(By the way, Lvl 1000 is god level.)
This Rin person was very quickly earning a place on my "do not trust" list--right behind Leon himself, in fact. She walked out of the kitchen, and I followed a few minutes after, tracking her jet-black aura. Whatever she was up to, I doubted it was as simple as Leon was hungry and she wanted to mash him some potatoes.
After a while, I began to think that Rin was aware of being followed, since she had wound her way through the fortress several times, and showed no signs of stopping anywhere.
I swore softly under my breath and ducked into a doorway to let my thoughts catch up to me. Not that I liked her, particularly, but I'd have appreciated having even Tessa nearby--if only for someone to bounce ideas off of.
Finally, I gave up on following Rin, and decided to look for someone--anyone--to talk to about her, besides I was feeling ind of...lonely?
Man! How come i get stuck with boring jobs like this. I barely even know the people so its no fun! I turned the corner and entered the kitchen. I know Leon said urgently but i needed my friends to fight alongside me like always. I needed 5 potatoes and some jello...next thing i knew, a girl had her weapon out and was threatening me with it. "Sup" i said in a bored voice and walked past her to the potatoe bag. With a shocked face she said "What was that!"
"I walked past you to get potatoes." i said with a strange look on my face.
"Thats not what i meant!"
"Whatever..." i waved away what she was saying with my hand. I reached for the fridge handle. Where did they get there electricity...
"Whats your name. I haven't seen you around here before."
"Rin." i said distractedly. Maybe they didn't use electricity...maybe he had like a magic source or something?
She must have gotten frustrated because she stomped over and snatched away my potatoes. "My potatoes..." i started to tear up. "Y-You...i just wanted to cook something for Leon!" I pretended to sob.
She didn't know what to do so she placed the potatoes back in my hands. "Thanks." i winked and lifted the jello from the fridge then walked out the door.
"W-wait! What was that!" Were we really going to do this all over again?
I could tell that Skylar and Mia didn't need me to stick around, so I headed off to the kitchens after saying hi to Mia. It worried me a little that she was here, after all, it seemed everyone was being drawn here. I wondered if Skylar had something to do with Leon's plans, and regretted not asking Tessa what she'd found out.
Once I got to the kitchen, I wondered why I'd bothered--I wasn't really hungry, more bored.
Suddenly I heard a footstep behind me, and I whirled around, one hand going to my whip.
After Tessa and I stopped sparring (I won) and her wounds were healed (as were the few she'd given me) we headed back to Leon's palace. When we got there, Tessa wandered off to...somewhere, and I headed for our room to clean up a bit. After finishing, I wandered the hallways, feeling a bit lost. Suddenly, I spotted a familiar figure ahead, and slowed down. It was Skylar. After the last time I'd seen him, I wasn't sure I wanted to approach, but I was heading that way anyway, and there were no intersecting hallways between us.
So, bracing myself, I approached him.
"Hi there!" I said, forcing my voice cheerful. "Looking for something?"
