Victor -- Thoughts

"Be okay" he said to himself over and over again.
He hovered over the ground scanning the terrain, looking for what was making him uneasy. There it was; Spati. Victor smiled. What a jolly day this was going to turn out to be.
He heard Spati let out a scream and realized what had happened. It was Niddhogg, he was doing something. DAMN IT Spati, why couldn't you listen?! Victor shook his head, he knew how persuasive Niddhogg could be.
He flew for the ground and landed with a thud, his coat floating around him as if some unholy wind was surrounding him.
"Niddhogg!" He said in a menacing voice "I told you to leave my people alone."
Niddhogg laughed "AS IF I WOULD, VICKY. HAHA, YOU CAN'T DO A THING TO STOP ME!!! REMEMBER, HURT ME HURT THE BOY!"
"Oh really?" Victor said dangerously, "you seem to be clearly unobservant today, so I'll let you in on a secret. . .you're not the only one who is synchronized."
Grinning Victor called up a mighty wind and sent it after Niddhogg, binding him, making it impossible for him to move.
"You seem to have forgotten about my weapon!" Victor laughed.
Niddhogg looked nervous "YOU WOULDN'T DARE USE THAT ON ME-US."
Victor held out his hand and a huge chainsaw like thing materialized, it had a long wicked looking rope hanging off the bottom. It was stained black with blood.
"Remember this? My Weapon of Mass Destruction? The one you convinced me to summon when you told me all the elders had to die?" Victor had a crazy look in his eyes, "This time I won't slaughter everyone. . .just you and I'll enjoy it."
Victor's face was a mask of evil and hatred, his smile was terrifying.
The wind picked up around him making his hair whip around.
