I was walking to the movies to see my boyfriend. When I was walking, it felt more different then it usually was. I knew it could be anything because it was supposed to be a little windy and darker than usual. It still felt weird, as if someone was watching me. I put my hands in the pocket of my soft, white sweatshirt. I found a note in my sweatshirt. It had the time 9:30 on it. I threw it on the ground. The wind picked it up and it flew farther into the blackness. I took out my cell phone from my ripped, blue skinny jeans. It was 8:00. I wasn't scared or anything, but it was kinda creepy.
I was finally at the theaters. I saw him sitting on the bench. He got up and took my hand. "Hey." My boyfriend, Jake, said. He kissed me on the cheek. We went to watch a movie called "Deaths Cage". When the movie started, I noticed I forgot to get sour patch strips. I always get them. I decided I could live.
In the middle of the movie, I noticed him having little jumps as i stayed calm. To me, the movie was pathetic, but since I'm nice, I told him I enjoyed it.
When the movie was over and we walked out of the theater, he took my hands. "We need to talk." He said. "About what?" "About a potato."He said sarcastically. He knew I didn't like him being sarcastic. "I'm dumping you." He said with no feeling at all. No pain is his voice. He said it with joy, but no smile. "Okay...If I were normal like other girls, I would ask why... But I'm not normal. I'm not like other girls. Cause I'm one of a kind..." I said and walked away.
On my way, I saw a dark shadow. It came closer. Next thing I knew, I couldn't see anything. I felt as if i was going really fast on a roller coaster. He took me. I was in the world. "Welcome to The Otherlands. I hope you have quite a journey here." It vanished before I could say anything that was meant to be said.
