Appearance: Long bright red and with shocking teal blue eyes. Wears a suit made of some inky black cloth that seems to absorb light. He likes to indulge in outrageous hairstyles; has multiple piercings. His appearance is subject to change as he thinks variation is the spice of life.
Personality: Sarcastic and witty. Being bi, Victor holds nothing back in flirting vivaciously with anyone or thing cute. He avoids confrontations and is always smiling(though mostly it looks like a sneer). He Is very good with words and is slightly cutting in his speech. People think he is arrogant and often is a know-it-all. He is very good with information and always seems to be four or fives steps ahead of everyone. Victor is good with animals, so good that sometimes it seems he can almost talk to them. Also, he's bi-lingual.
