I leaned against the side of the tent and waited to see what Lorren had to say.
"well Before I start I'll inform Cio a bit.My tribe is kind of like a group of death spirits, we're not human.But That doesn't mean we go around killing for fun, we just make sure that the tainted stay tainted and make sure the pure...don't make any big mistakes."Lorren looked at Cio
"Yeah...I don't really get it...oh but how do you know Yuuki!"Cio asked
"well we were going to investigate the portals to the other world that showed up a couple of months ago.Long story short I got lost and ran into Yuuki.Kinda surprizing she listened to my story, some people asked if I needed to go to a...Institute?"
Cio just fell on the floor laughing. I smiled but motioned for her to stop.
"Alright so what's the deal?" I asked getting a little impatient
"Well my clan-there are two, the nomads,us and the main one located in the elven forest...we're losing our energy so us nomads are transfering our spirits into objects with energy.That way we don't just dissapear and die off...long story short can I soul transfer with your crystal?"
"So you can steal it's energy I don't think so"I sait bluntly
"No we don't steal energy we are just kept alive by the presence of it, however energy from this land is dissapearing so... we don't have many options."
I hesitated"What do I gain from this"
"I can Increase your power, however since Im a dark spirit,you will lose any healing abilitys.you also will have to ask me for power instead of subconsiously doing it."
What to do... I can use magic without the crystal so if this turns out to be a trap I'll only lose shapeshifting...right?Hmm

"kay come back tommarow, you can't be here when I do it...Um you need to grab the crystal as soon as you can cause I won't have a physical appearence to stop someone from grabbing it. Where is Cio?"He was right she was gone
