Ulquiorra spared Yammy a glance as he opened the Garganta to the Soul Society, "You understand the mission, yes?"
Accompanying him was the Decima Espada, who was busy picking his teeth. He grunted in response to Ulquiorra. "Yeah, yeah. I know," he mumbled as he removed a piece of lunch from between a molar.
Ulquiorra nodded, used to his comrade's disgusting habits, and stepped through the gate arriving on top of a building that, judging from the character on the far wall, belonged to the sixth division. His eyes scanned their surroundings easily picking out the black robed shinigami striding down the streets purposefully. He faintly heard some loud, excited yelling going on in the background somewhere and assumed it was just some stupid shinigami having too much fun.
Sucking his teeth, Yammy looked over in the general direction of the rowdy noise, which caught his attention. "Hmm," he thought to himself, "maybe I'll find me some fun over there." The giant Espada stood up, towering over his smaller comrade. "Hey, Ulquiorra," he bellowed, "How 'bout I go over there and start my surveying?" A grin spread across his face with anticipation.
Ulquiorra sighed and closed his eyes. "Fine," he replied flatly. "I will head East and you West. We will meet each other on the other side of the Sereitei. Understand?"
Yammy was already stretching his arms and legs. "Yeah, all right."
"Oh, and Yammy," Ulquiorra said before Yammy left, "Don't get into any unnecessary trouble."
Yammy rolled his eyes and retorted, "Fine. I'll see ya when I see ya." Using his sonido, the Decima disappeared, leaving his comrade behind.
The lone Cuarta stood there taking in a few more moments of much appreciated silence. He inhaled and shook his head, releasing a sigh. "Fool. It's rather obvious how poor your reconnoissance skills are," he muttered under his breath. With that, Ulquiorra started off in the opposite direction, mentally keeping track of all the shinigami he noticed.
