Attention. I have been notified of all the changes taking place in this RolePlay, and have thus decided to follow Ichimaru's example by posting it here for your convenience as well. It is highly advisable that you are aware of the changes within this post, therefore you can make educated suggestions without any repercussion. You are welcome to express any suggestions here.
Here are the newest updates:
#1 As far as Guest Posting is concerned, the only required posting rights will be for your superiors (Captains to Vices, Espadas to Fraccion, etc) and bosses. They must have posting privileges to your worlds. Besides them, it is your choice who you want to have as guest posters and who not. Things are similar for being a Guest Poster. Everyone will be a Guest Poster in their base worlds. Besides that, it is up to them if they wish to be a guest poster in a world or not.

#2 Open Roles list: It is for anyone that is looking to join. It is simpler to have a list then having them come to us. Asking who is not taken. Then we tell them, wait for them to tell us if they are interested, and waste everyone’s time if they don’t like what they see in the list. This way they see who we need, if they want to RP one of them they contact us. Simple and no time wasted. We are not looking to fill all the roles. Like we talked last time. We are working with who we have and the others can come when they come. The Open Roles list just helps us help them if they are interested.

#3 Out of Character: This is divided in two areas, TheOtaku and Skype. As far as TheOtaku is concerned, it’s where the RPing actually takes place so it’s a must to be in character. You are however allowed to be OOC in your worlds. Now Skype: this is where things are easier. Have fun, be nice and interact. You can do it out of character or in character, but when it’s time to skit, be serious about your role.

#4 The storyline and a new addition to the worlds. Ok, so basically the idea we’re trying to work on is this: a new world will be created that will be the place where the actual RPing shall take place. Everyone will be a guest poster in this world. And here’s the good part: you don’t have to post at any given period. But if you want to post, then it’s free to go up. You can post skits you do with your friends, conversation segments from skype that you found amusing (provided they are somewhat in character), funny images, videos and so on. Just keep it character related and PG 13 *laughs*
We will discard all storylines and take up Mayuri’s suggestion. What we will work off is this: during Bleach, there are a lot of parts where we don’t know what happens with the other characters not shown on the screen. And that leaves plenty of room for improvisation. Also, a lot of characters don’t have a set history, and that’s something else you can work on. You can do fights, funny moments, omake-s, memories or just portray a day in your character’s life.
Also, due to the fact that sometimes, misunderstandings occur or people sometimes need additional information, a committee will be set up. What will this committee do? They will answer your questions and help you with any RP-related problems you may have. All you need to do is ask one of them and they will assist you.
