I... have no idea what is going on...
I have read SunnfallE's post about plagerism, but I still dont get it! I dont make wallpapers, AND I CERTIANLY DON'T PLAN TO AFTER WHAT HAPPENED! But I dont see whats wrong? If you make a wallpaper with ther peepz art, then change it a bit, then it becomes your own right? Because you changed it. Is that it???
And what does plagerism even mean?! I'VE NEVER HEARD OF IT! Ok, that's a lie, I have heard the word be passed around, PASS IT AROUND! XD but I have no collection of the meaning.
Does this new thing aply to cards too??? Maybe I should just do fan art from now on... @_@ This is all confussing for my young teenage mind... aiyohh~
