Personality: Kateri has a very bright and sunny personality. She has TONS of energy and loves to talk, and she she will TALK YOUR EAR OFF. She is almost always smiling, and is very sweet. She's friendly and loves being around people, and if you can get past her weirdness, she is a great and trustworthy friend(But you might have to let her do all the talking!) She's very loving and kind, and likes to go out of her way to help people. But, on the other side, she's super emotional and rarely keeps what she's thinking to herself, earning her the nickname of "Teary Teri" from other kids when she was small. She can be a bit of a diva-she love shopping and hates to mess up her hair or clothing. She has her own ideas about things: she's a pacifist and refuses to eat any sea animal, out or respect for the water.
Looks: She is petite with very fair skin, long, waist length electric blue hair, and bright blue eyes. She is almost always dressed in blue, for fear of her clothing clashing with her hair, and adopts a style similar to that of a surfer, or someone who spends a lot of time on the beach. She wears her hair in a high ponytail on top of her head, and she has pointed ears, like an elf, which her family tells people are a birth defect.
Appearance: Other than the blue hair and pointed ears, she looks like a normal teenager, so she usually doesn't get many stares.
Outfit/Style: Kateri is a bit of a Diva, so she has a variety of clothes, almost all blue. She especially enjoys wearing cover up style dresses, and her favorite article of clothing is her blue tutu. She's definitely original!
Likes: People, talking, helping, giving gifts, getting gifts, swimming, the ocean, clothing, shopping, nail polish, doing hair, the sun, warm weather, singing.
Dislikes: Angry people, yelling, fighting or arguing, awkward silences, the color red.
Strengths: She's friendly, sweet, and helpful, and talking can often get her out of awkward situations. Also, that healing power is kind of handy.
Weaknesses: She's SUPER emotional, and she often lets this get the best of her. Also, she may talk just a LITTLE bit too much : )
Fears: She was adopted as a child, so she has abandonment issues, and she's a scaredy cat. Horror movies, spiders, dark basements-you name it, she hates it.
Relationships: She LOVES people, so she is quick to form friendships with anyone she can. She loves her adoptive family a lot, and is always willing to help them with anything they need.

History: She was adopted as a small child, so not much is known about her original family or background. Her family lives in Malibu, so she goes to the beach and soaks in the ocean every day. She feels at home when she's in the water.

Kaki*~*~*~*~*~*
Nobody ever accepted me. Not even the others in my clan. My parents were executed for a crime they didn’t commit and so was my brother. I think I had a foster parent after that but they were just so happy and understanding… So one night… I murdered them…
I reached for the butcher’s knife on the side. It was heavy in my hands. Slowly I climbed up the carpeted stairs of their house. I never belonged here in the first place. I might as well have sold my soul to the devil. This was what I was planning to do. It was simple really. All I had to do was murder my own parents. They weren’t actually mine completely but did it matter? Two lives wouldn’t affect anything in this world. To be fair my life didn’t affect this world either. But I was planning to make it. The couple lay in a double bed dressed in linen pyjamas.
“Get up.” I said ruthlessly. Slowly they stood up worried. I took the knife out from behind by back and threw it directly into my mother’s head. Then I tackled my father and wrapped my hands around his throat. I pushed and soon he stopped breathing. The knife was still in my mother so I yanked it out. It was dripping with blood. I hesitated at first but then I did it. I slid my tongue across the knife licking up all the blood. It tasted incredibly salty but in a good way. Slowly I dipped my fingers into the pool of blood. Then I drew an upside down pentacle on my t-shirt, apparently this was the sign of the devil. The warm blood dripped down my t-shirt and onto my trousers. I pierced my skin with the cold hard blade and did the same thing on my palms with my own blood. I waited. Nothing happened at first but then I felt like I was choking. I opened my mouth and blood poured out along with a shining ball of red. Carefully I reached out to touch it and it withered into a black lifeless mess.
“That’s you.” He said to me. I looked up blood still pouring from my mouth. He gently picked it up and ate it slowly.
“You were once pure but now your soul has rotted.” A pain surged in my chest and I screamed for a minute. Then I smiled and licked the blood off my fingers. He stared at me slowly and disappeared leaving me in the dark room, sitting in a pool of blood. After that I ran away from civilization, I fled into the wood. That’s how I found the clan.
They called themselves cross and they were all vampires. They never knew I was an Upir until the day I left that hell hole. And believe me that was the best thing I ever did. Then I was left wandering again. Until I found the MCC. A mysterious group that I didn’t know much about. I was willing to give them a try. I was going to try to be normal but once a monster always a monster.

Personality: Very quiet and mysterious. Doesn’t talk about her past much because she’s lived so long. She’s kind to people she meets. When she sets her mind to something she doesn’t give up which makes her a great fighter when she is battling an enemy.
Looks: She has ear piercings. She has a scar near her right knee from a past battle.
Appearance: She is slightly pale, slender. Very beautiful and graceful.
Outfit/Style: Mostly goth, but sometimes, if urged, she will wear lighter colors. She likes to wear pants and because they’re easier to fight in. She rarely wears dresses or skirts. She also never wears heels unless going out to something formal and she mostly wears laced boots,
Likes: Candy, gymnastics, being out in nature, becoming stronger, reading books, shopping
Dislikes: Being in crowds for a long period of time, getting close to people, being a vampire
Strengths: Makes decisions easily, can tell if someone’s lying or not, very smart from having lived so long

Relationships: She is very comfortable meeting new people but doesn’t like to be the center of attention so she doesn’t talk much. She had a brother and a sister who she is slowly forgetting-Christophe and Aurélie.
Family: As previously mentioned, she had two siblings. Christophe was the oldest and was 21 at the time Alice became a vampire. He had been studying to become a doctor in college. Aurélie was one year younger than Alice. She followed her around wherever she went so people often thought they were twins. Her mother stayed home most of the sewing and mending clothes for neighbors for extra money. Her father was a lawyer who spent most of his evenings working late.
History: Alice wasn’t always a vampire. She was a human girl who grew up in Paris, France in 1893. One day, when she was 18, as she was walking home from the market she was grabbed and attacked by a vampire. She tried to fend them off but she was too weak. It happened so fast, it was all a blur. So she has no clue who turned her. When she finally came to and returned home she didn’t know what had happened, only that her neck hurt a little. She continued on with her normal life until about a week later when she started to change and have an unusually craving for blood. She never believed in vampires so she sent the thought to the back of her head. When she asked her mother about it one afternoon, she was sure she was crazy and sent her to be checked out by a physician. They told her she was mentally sick and sent her to live in a mental hospital. She hadn’t drunk blood yet so she began to feel really sick. When they doctor came in she killed him by drinking his blood and escaped the hospital.
Over the next century she has been traveling across the world with a circus called Starry Night. She was into gymnastics when she was dancing so she put her mind to learning the trapeze. She only has to perform at night and when she is not working, she stays in a dark room of the train they travel on. She’s been with the circus for 101 years. She began by cleaning the animal cages and saw one of the performers on the trapeze. She loved how they appeared to be flying so when no one was there she got onto one of the swings but failed, as she had little strength at the time. She later asked one of the trapeze artists to teach her. And she had all the time in the world. She had been satisfying her craving for blood with nearby animals. She didn’t want everyone to know she was a vampire but eventually she had to tell them. She then found out that the entire circus consisted of vampires. She hated being a vampire and wanted to become human again. She disowned being a vampire so many vampires she encountered disowned her. Many times, people tried to kill her off for attacking their animals or other vampires who simply didn’t like her as she was a disgrace to their kind. As she grew as a vampire, her strength and speed increased making her even more powerful.

Hair: Medium length, layered bright red hair that's often pulled back out of her face. She also has sweeping bangs, but usually pins them back along with her hair.
Eye Color(s): Dark violet
Skin Color(s): Light Caucasian
Personality: Ela comes off to many as a cold, uncaring person. She belives that emotions like sadness and happiness only cause distractions and harm and therefore tries to avoid them at all costs even though it is difficult. Due to this bottling of her emotions, she is easily annoyed and extremely short-tempered. She frequently uses sarcasm and enjoys being a snarker. Many consider her to be rude as she speaks what is on her mind, usually without thinking, as well as cursing a lot. She is independent and serious towards her interests and goals.
Looks: She has a light splay of freckles across her face. Ears are pierced (first holes only). She has a few light scars throughout her body from various accidents and street fights. Her wings are light gray with black streaks.
Appearance: To most, Ela just looks like a ragtag, malnourished teenager (she's thin/lightweight due to her avian genes) with a permanent scowl on her face and overly dyed hair (which it is not.). As she is able to tightly furl her wings, going into public is not much of a problem and she doesn't look much different than a normal teen.
Outfit/Style: She likes to wear clothes that are easy to move around in, such as shorts, tank tops, etc. She usually wears sneakers due to their comfort and ability to be worn for most situations. She also likes layering tanks and camis. She usually does not wear much jewelry to prevent it from getting in the way of her flying, but she always wears stud/post/ball earrings on her ears.
Likes: Guns, Potato chips, seafood, shooting ranges, eating in general (since getting a lot of food is rare for her), reading (mostly literature and such)

Relationships: Like emotions, Ela believes that friendships are pointless; she does not like getting close to people in fear that she will lose them. Due to this, Ela has an extremely hard time opening up to people. She does not trust easily due to her experiences in the past. Once she finally opens up, however, Ela is extremely loyal and protective towards those she cares about. She also has a soft spot for people who are suffering, and is often willing to help them regardless of the consequences.
Family: She has a foster mother and father whose statuses are unknown and a brother, Tommy.
History: As young children, Ela and her brother lived on the streets until they were found by some cops and placed into the foster care system. The two were taken in by a seemingly gracious family happy to have some normal kids, but upon finding out about their true identities, the parents began to consider the two freaks and forced the two to leave. In fleeing, Ela was separated from her brother. She attempted to search for him, but was forced to give up eventually and developed a bitter psychological hatred towards him for "deserting" her. She then became a drifter, going from city to city and not staying too long in any of them for fear of going back into foster care.

Abilities: As he was majoring in Biology before dropping out of college, Sam knows a lot about different branches of science and knows much about the environment and genetics and such. He also took jujutsu classes throughout his childhood.

Hair: Short dirty blonde. Often rather unkempt because he can never seem to find a comb.

Skin Color: Slightly tanned Caucasian
Personality: Sam is extremely outgoing and friendly to the point of seeming like a complete flirt, unknowingly to him. He is also a people pleaser and bit of a nerd, which he tries to hide for fear of being thought strange. He can’t stand to see others upset and does whatever it takes to cheer them up, whether it be by showing compassion or acting like a complete clown. He is also very curious and inquisitive about things going on around him.
Looks: He’s tall and thinly built, but also muscular from the years of martial arts training. He also has light facial hair but shaves it off whenever he can get his hands on a razor.
Appearance: He looks like an everyday average human just a bit more attractive.
Outfit/Style: He dresses like an average teenage boy. T-shirts, hoodies, jeans, sneakers, the works.

Family: He has a father and an older brother, neither of which he keeps in contact with anymore. His mother died when he was young from cancer.
History: Sam grew up in the suburbs with his family. Both he and his brother, Cameron, were exceptionally intelligent and competitive with each other, but because Cameron was the eldest, Sam was always stuck in his shadow. Cameron was accepted into college at an Ivy League, causing Sam to have to pay his own way through college. Eventually, the costs became too much and he could not keep up with his loans and was forced to drop out. Now considered a great disappointment, Sam’s father refused to let the boy move back in with him. Resentfully, Sam then moved to Atlanta in order to find a job there but was unable to raise enough money for an apartment.

Character's Full Name: Kaki Quinn Knight (She doesn’t have any middle names and prefers people to call her KQ, Kaki or Quinn because she thinks having two names for her first name is weird).
Species: Kaki is an Upir. An Upir is a sort of vampire. It is believed that Upirs are corpses taken over by the devil. They eat human families, children first then the parents. Kaki sold her soul to the devil and then became an Upir. Upir means Foul Vampire.
Abilities: Kaki is able to steal the hearts of others. This is how she is immortal. She is also as nimble as a spider, so she can scale walls and other surfaces quickly.
Age: She looks 17 but she is actually 113 and still going
Height: 5'7"
Hair: Hip long plain black hair.
Eye Color(s): Normally her eyes are silver but when she gets hungry for humans or uses her powers her eyes go blood red
Skin Color: Pale white skin which is darker around her lips because they are stained with blood
Personality: Dark and mysterious, Kaki is rude to people around her and doesn’t talk much. She tries to keep her distance from everybody.
Looks: She has stich marks around her lips and ear piercings that go all up her ears. Kaki has two eyes tattooed onto the palms of her hands and the word alone tattooed onto her left wrist.
Appearance: To a stranger she looks like a dark, lonely punk girl with lots of tattoos. When she looks up her eyes are a sparkling silver but they look lonely. Most people think that she is a complete loner
Outfit/Style: Kaki dresses punk or Goth, only wearing black and red. She is often told by the people around her to wear more colours because it makes them depressed, but she either ignores them or eats them. She likes horror film t-shirts or tops with witty zombie based things on them. Only black and red of course. She hates really popular clothes because they make her feel normal.
Likes: Horror films, Gore films, Zombie Movies, Darkness, Classical music that is scary in a haunting way, silence and being alone.
Dislikes: Anything Pink, Optimistic people, People treating her normally, Fruit and films with happy endings.
Strengths: She can easily cope, fighting by herself. And when she gets hurt, she doesn’t feel as much pain.
Weaknesses: Kaki is over competitive and finds it hard to work in a team.
Fears: People (Boys especially), Poisoned food, Things that are too hot and the sun.
Relationships: She used to talk to people all the time but now that she’s a Upir she stays away from everybody and everything. She had never had a boyfriend because she was always taken for granted until she changed but now nobody understands her.
