Azul- All these things I've done
The chair that I was sitting on was uncomfortable but I put up with it. My sister Kutari was fast asleep against my shoulder, clutching a issue of Shoujo Beat! For a Byakko she seemed to like Shoujo manga rather a lot. She murmured quite a bit, a nightmare perhaps? Or maybe just the turbulence on the plane. People from the MCC sat nearby us. I hadn't gotten fully acquainted with them so I couldn't remember all of their names.
Personally I didn't care if I had no one as long as Kutari was happy. These millenniums have been hard on her and I only wish that she would finally find peace. Smiling to myself I reached into my bag to pick up my copy of the tale of the Heike (my 101st time reading it) and opened up the vintage smelling pages. In my head I hummed along to a Mozart piece to which I couldn't remember the title. The deep, mellow cellos harmonised with the subtle tune of the piano. I always loved classical music ever since I could remember, it's not as good as traditional Japanese music but its good enough. However I can never seem to get my head around this 'remix' and 'digital' music that people listen to these days. It is rubbish compared to being serenaded by the finest musician in Greece when your siting alongside Caesar.
I know as guardians we're meant to watch over the world and not interfere, but I just love living in the momentous culture of it all. All these things I've done. Way too many to count.
Star gazing with Galileo, at a caffe with Leonardo (da Vinci) and watching Amelia air heart take flight. Of course we did more things but those were rather memorable. Hopefully, our time at the MCC will soon be categorised with these moments. Anything to make her happy. She is of course my little sister (not by very much).
Setting my book aside I reached into my bag to fetch a sushi pack that I had bought in the duty-free on the way here. I snapped the chopsticks in half and muttered "itadakimasu" under my breath before I began to eat. The rice was cold and without texture but the fish and soy sauce was okay. Nothing compared to sushi made from the heart of Japan but it was edible. Beside, me Kutari stirred. She rubbed her sleepy eyes and stretched out. Quickly she spotted my sushi and nicked one of the mori. I glared at her for a moment but then started smiling. It's nice that she never changes. After Kutari chewed the rice and washed it down with some carbonated water she snuggled back onto my shoulder and continued reading. It was almost hypnotising to watch her slender fingers flick through the pages but I averted my stare and gazed out the window.
Almost there, Almost amongst our new memories.

Okay, 2nd post but whatever! Feel free to include these two in any posts! Sorry It's not very long and that I haven't posted for a while! I'll try and be more frequent and I'll try and post a piece for Kutari tomorrow! Thanks for reading!
