I recently bought a bird. Yeah I know, random. But I feel special. So shuddup.
I named him Atticus, and all my friends are making fun of me for it because... well... it's at bird and the name Atticus is some lawyer off of To Kill A Mockingbird. They all say "Ew, why do you name it off of a person from a ****ty book?"... but Atticus was my favorite character cuz when my bird sits on one foot, he looks like a thoughtful person and Atticus was a kind, thoughtful, caring and strong character, and pretty much the only one too, except the maid i guess, and that old lady whose house burnt down... was that an old lady? idk, its been a while since i read it last.

I met someone who i hadn't seen in 2 years when i was working today. I remembered I used to hate her with a passion. When we talked though, it felt as if we were close friends, so it felt strange.
