Tempest glanced sideways at Jade, zero emotion in her eyes or on her face. "Jade, shut up and calm down." She snapped. Jade gasped and calmed down a little, but was still angry, the aura still glowing fiercely.
"If you settle down, I'll just tell you what is going on." A voice said.
Valyour suddenly appeared, dragging a knocked out Kira behind him. "Kira-san?!" June gasped, surprised that she was defeated. Valyour sighed. "Too bad. It was fun, though, testing out my new powers on her. An interesting specimen, she was..." He said, throwing Kira down on the ground carelessly.
"How dare you speak about her like that!" June shouted, drawing out her Zanpakuto again. But Tempest held out her arm, telling her to back off. "Tempest-chan...?" June said, but backed down anyway.
"Leave him to me." Tempest said sternly.
"Oh, so you want to go solo, Tempy-chan? Fascinating~" Valyour said.
"Tempest, no! You mustn't!" Madoka shouted, stepping forward to her. "Madoka." Tempest muttered. Madoka stopped, stunned with worry. "I've got this. It's my problem. Not anyone else's. And I'm not inviting anyone to their deaths." She said.
"Ahahahahahahaha!" Valyour laughed, "Ah, so intriguing, your little group of friends. Well I say take them with you, by all means, because you'll need all the help you'll get."
"I've had enough of you, terrorizing the Soul Society. And for what? Power? You insolent bug. I'm going alone to put you in your place, and nothing else!" Tempest shouted, this time actually showing some emotion: anger and annoyance.
At that instant Valyour flash stepped and ran away, knowing full well he'd pissed Tempest off. "Humph. Coward." Tempest muttered and chased after him. But before she got out of sight, she turned back to Madoka and the others.
"And don't any of you follow me! I'm back to full strength, so don't bother helping me. You'll just get in the way. And make sure Kira gets some medical attention!" Tempest told them and flash stepped away.
Kira looked at him with a mixture of horror and anger. 'He's one of THEM!' Her mind raved. She masked her face, a demonic glint in her eyes.

"Kira-san... I've got this situation under control." Madoka said, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"Heh. There's no way someone like YOU can kill me, Kira. I'm much too powerful right now." Valyour smirked.
"What do you want?! Tell me now before I burn you to ashes!!" Kira demanded.
It was silent for a moment, tension in the air. Then Valyour started laughing hysterically, holding his sides and bending over, his long hair flipping about.
"Oh, wow... excuse me. Ahem. So amusing, your empty threats... ahhahahahahaha!" Valyour laughed.
"Stop that right now! I'm getting really impatient with you, you filthy vermin!" Kira yelled, holding Houka Mitsukai higher.
"Right, right. Time to get serious." Valyour said, wiping a tear away.
He turned to Tempest, who was guarded by both Madoka and Kira.
"Tempy-chan, I really need you. I need you to come with me to the Seishou Ichidou of Yukana, the Transfer Spirit." Valyour said.
"What? The Transfer Spirit?" Madoka whispered, his eyes suddenly wide. "No! That place is too dangerous! What do you intend to do there?!" Madoka shouted worriedly.
Valyour chuckled.
"What else is the Transfer Spirit for...? To transfer Tempy-chan's Spiritual Pressure... into me." He answered darkly.
Kira watched Grimmjow burn for a second more, then turned and picked up Jade. She looked at Kiyoshi a little ways away fighting an arrancar with an old friend's face, then June.
