Tempest focused on the Hollow's direction and swiftly drew out her Zanpakuto. "This way!" She shouted, and flash-stepped towards the Hollow.
BOOM!
Tempest felt the Hollow's Spiritual Pressure... it was powerful, powerful enough to enter the Soul Society! Preposterous! She'd never heard of a Hollow doing such a thing...
"Jade!" Tempest muttered, suddenly feeling Jade's Spiritual Pressure also.
Tempest flashed in front of the Hollow just as it was about to attack Jade, and she blocked its attack effortlessly.
"Tempest!" Jade shouted in surprise.
"Another new Hollow!" Kiyoshi exclaimed, observing the Hollow.
"Kiyoshi, hold it back! I'll go get more help!" Yuuka shouted, running into a near by corridor.
Kiyoshi nodded and charged at the Hollow, trying to attack it. But the Hollow was quicker and blocked him, throwing Kiyoshi into a wall.
"Kiyoshi?!" Tempest shouted worriedly.
"I'm okay!" Kiyoshi shouted, waving a hand.
Tempest frowned as she turned back to the Hollow. It looked at her, chuckling.
"I guess I'll be the one taking you then... since the others failed." It said.
"Die, Hollow!" Tempest bellowed, and lifted her Zanpakuto, "Pierce! Frozen soul, Nanami Kanon, Arise!!" She ordered, and a beam of ice shards shot out of her Zanpakuto.
The Hollow merely chuckled and conveyed its own attack; an ice attack, just like Tempest's.
"What?!" Tempest gasped as she barely dodged the attack.
'But how...? Does it have the same powers as I do? Or is it copying me...?' Tempest thought.
Tempest grunted and began another attack, but the Hollow was quicker again and attacked her, freezing her arm and Zanpakuto in ice. The weight of the ice pulled Tempest down. It was so heavy she couldn't stand up!
She looked up just as the Hollow charged at her again.
"Tempest-san!!" Kiyoshi cried.
