Tempest glared at Jade, who was being engulfed by the ice.
"Why, Jade? Why would you go and do something so stupid?!" Tempest shouted angrily.
"Why not? I've got nothing to lose anyway!" Jade shouted back, even though they weren't even a few feet away from each other. Kiyoshi sweat dropped.
"Dammit, Jade... you have so much in life ahead of you... you've got things you don't even have to worry about!" Tempest told her, both of them suddenly ignoring the Hollow.
"But, Tempest, I..." Jade started.
"No! You just don't get it, do you? We're all in this together, okay? Even if we don't get along. We're here to keep the world safe; that's what the Soul Society is about!" Tempest said, closing her eyes for a second.
"But I thought... I thought you didn't like me..." Jade muttered.
Tempest hesitated, and sighed. "You've sure got a lot to learn, Jade."
Then Tempest smirked and held her Zanpakuto tightly. Suddenly an intense power emanated from Tempest, radiating like waves from her entire body. The Zanpakuto then began to glow fiercely, and the next thing they knew, Tempest now had not one, but two Zanpakuto in her hands, both still glowing a fierce blue color.
"If you think I'm not strong enough..." Tempest began.
Neither Jade nor Kiyoshi had ever seen a power like this, at least not from Tempest. And just as Tempest's new weapons appeared, Yuuka came back with reinforcements, who were stunned speechless at this new power. They gaped and stared, unknowing of what power lay within Tempest.
"Then you're wrong." She said.
Tempest then stood up and pointed her Zanpakuto at the Hollow. Her Zanpakuto began to glow fiercely, even more brightly, like it did earlier with the Masa's incident. Tempest was releasing so much Spiritual Pressure that large streaks of lightning formed around her, zapping the ground below her.
"Heki, Sora no Shitsunen, Touketsu Tama!!" Tempest shouted.
Tempest was then shot up into the air, her two Zanpakuto now forming into one huge bullet-like weapon, ice crystallizing around it. Tempest aimed for the Hollow expertly, and in seconds, she was step-flashing through the air at light speed, barely visible, as she struck the Hollow with her transformed Zanpakuto.
When she was done, Tempest stopped and landed away from the Hollow. The other Soul Reapers watched as the Hollow suffered from the many holes in its body, which were caused by Tempest.
"There will be others, Tempest... You don't have... much... longer..." The Hollow breathed, as it quickly decayed into dust and disappeared.
Tempest turned away from it, ignoring what it had warned her.
She walked over to Jade, who was still trapped within the ice. Tempest closed her eyes, forming another shell of ice around Jade. When her layer was complete, Tempest flicked her hand, and her layer of ice shattered the one that the Hollow made, freeing her.
"And that's not even my Bankai." She remarked, smiling.
But using that much power had weakened Tempest. She suddenly gasped and fell to her knees. 'What...?' She thought.
And suddenly Tempest's world went black....
((OKAY! This is getting really good, now! Fabulous job, everybody~! Oh, and the Japanese words are supposed to mean: "Pierce, sky of oblivion, frozen bullet". Hope that was good!
