Head captain Sirena Harada was walking through the first squad's barracks when she felt a stange spiritual pressure that felt like a hollow's present. So Sirena took out her zanpak-tou and prepared herself for a fight. As soon as she turned her back to look and there stood the hollow. "Sirena then heard the hollow say oh a Captain Soul Reaper how tasty." Next thing the hollow knew was he was armless and she was still standing in front of him. Sirena then flashed stepped straight towards the hollow and yelled "Off With Your HEAD". After the battle sirena sheathed her sword and as soon as she had done that she felt a really strong yet strange spiritual energy. So Sirena went towards the direction it was coming from. "Well hello captain of squad three Gintaru Matsumaru why the sudden release of spiritual power" Sirena asked curiously. Then Gintaru said "sorry head captain i just found out that my best friend is dead and i guess i just let my emotions my apologies again." Sirena then deided to walk with Gintaru for a litle while and also said "its ok its your best friend i totally understnd."
