Okay, I'm putting a story I made a couple days ago, I plan to make it a somewhat short series, I haven't decided how many issues there will be, but it could be anywhere from 6 to 20.
Some starting info

Setting: Belgium Germany 2186
History: Around 2080 a new drug was introduced into society, called Ex43, it was an intense psychotropic hallucinogen.
It was wildly popular with the youth of the generation, not only was it potent, but it was incredibly cheap which caused it's widespread abuse.
About 2 out of 15 people couldn't use this drug or else it would cause immediate death (I have no medical explaniation for that...)
Several months later, people discovered that prolonged use caused, essentially, zombification. These zombies could infect other people with enough of the drug to zombify them etc...About a hundred years later everything has gone downhill.
