Don't worry, I won't rant through this whole post...
Alright, start with a non-rant! I'm apparently really good at Wii Bowling...I slept over my aunt and uncle's house last night as part of a housewarming party, and aforementioned uncle, another aunt, and I all stayed up late and played Wii Bowling...
I kicked my uncle's butt every time, and he had a skill level in the 2000s...It dropped by a thousand points by the end of the night XD I felt pretty accomplished, just saying...
Sometime during that housewarming party, I randomly remembered a line from one of our rps...Something about how Iggy doesn't wander the streets drunk, he walks them drunk and with a purpose...? I forget how the actually line went, but I remember at the time it was the greatest thing I'd ever heard...If I was smart, I would go find it in my rp files, but I don't feel like it...I haven't reread any rps in ages TT~TT
OKAY RANT TIME. My birthday was yesterday, right? Well my one friend drew me a picture and wrote me a poem and stuck them in my mailbox for me to find today. And anything I'm about to say should not take away from the fact that it was really nice of her or from the quality of her work, because it was really good!
However, her poem was from the POV of Matthew Williams, and it started off a little emo-ish and then took a really weird turn that I wasn't sure what to make of...But throughout the whole thing, she had him refer to Arthur as his "uncle" (which, btw, this is the first time I have EVER heard Mattie refer to Arthur as his uncle...). Which, alright, I guess that's okay...and then on the last page, she had, IN BOLDED TEXT, "I'm not that fond of Maple Tea."
Let's have Professor Umbreon Mastah-chan649 (yeah that's what it stands for; it was seventh grade XD) analyze the two main problems with this. (puts on glasses)
Ahem, well, let's see:
a) In this fanfic/fanpoem setting, would Matthew really know what the shipping of him and Arthur Kirkland was titled? I'd highly appreciate it if you wouldn't carry your pickaxe in the vicinity of that fourth wall, thank you.
b) ...(cough)
I AM THE BIGGEST MAPLE TEA FANGIRL I KNOW. AND SHE (the author) KNOWS THAT. SHE KNOWS HOW ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED I AM WITH IT, AND SHE STILL TAKES EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO POINT OUT HOW MUCH SHE HATES IT AND HOW CRAPPY OF A PAIRING IT IS.
Every other day she points out how incestuous (spelling can die) it is (and that was in the poem too...) and how terrible I am for supporting it (USK fans and Spamano fans, this probably applies to you, too...?). And yet she likes FrUK...?! Well actually, that's a stretch, since she absolutely hates Iggy--THAT'S ANOTHER THING. SHE KNOWS WE ALL ADORE IGGY! SHE NEEDS TO STOP HATING ON HIM AROUND US!
She also says that Maple Tea has no canonical background. -_- (pulls out a history book) Er, Canada spent around 100 years under Britain's control, and was still extremely dependent on them for 100 years afterward... (attempts not to toss history book at someone's face)
I DON'T CARE THAT SHE DOESN'T LIKE IT. I'm not one of those crazy fangirls who will MAKE YOU like their pairing. But I don't go around trashtalking other pairings, ESPECIALLY to people who are OBSESSED with the pairing in question! And this has been going on for a while!! She makes me WANT to stuff Maple Tea in her face, just to annoy her!! GAH!!! (stuffs face into a pancake)
... (remembers drunken Arthur face-pancaking) ...I feel better now <3
This is turning into a long post...and I didn't even get to talk about my randomly induced motion sickness or my odd feeling of "missing" Mattie even though I just drew him this morning...Maybe I'll talk about those tomorrow or something...OMG DAMIEN IS SINGING TO ME AGAIN <3 (eagerly listens to the Killers)

I'm probably not going to be online tonight, so I decided I'd post now.
Well, it's my birthday. And let me just say something: My least favorite thing to get on my birthday is clothes.
Not that clothes are bad, but a lot of time clothes don't really have any meaning behind them. Now, with that in mind, two of the five/six (doesn't feel like counting) presents I got from my parents and brother were t-shirts with meaning.
One was an England shirt with a giant Union Jack on it. The other, my favorite, was a t-shirt that my brother made with a picture of Jeff Andonuts on it. I love it so much!!! (is wearing it right now)
But then my parents also got me two military jackets and a line of hooks (probably as a response for my constant asking for a hat stand...hooks and hat stands are two different things..). Now don't get me wrong, I love military jackets, and I'm sure they were both expensive...but this is the second year in a row my parents haven't listened to what I've ASKED for for my birthday.
All I wanted was a Killers CD...Which they also didn't give me when I put it on my Christmas list...
I think my fifteenth birthday, where I asked for and got all the Linkin Park CDs that were out at the time, has kinda given me a sense of "If I ask for it, they'll probably get it to me," but these past birthdays and Christmases have been less about what I've asked for and more about what my mom wants for me...
Sometimes it makes me feel like my parents don't know me...I love video games and alternative rock and drawing and stuff, NOT CLOTHES TT~TT Are they trying to turn me into a girly girl?
Now, my mood could change with other presents, but last year all I got for my birthday was two necklaces and money...and an iTunes gift card which I used to buy all of the Coldplay CDs that I had actually asked for...
Alright, I've gotta go...Off to a party!! THAT'S NOT FOR MY BIRTHDAY!! (forved grin)

Home from my "college tour"... Really liked the college I saw today, and the guy who gave the info session was actually a creative writing major, so I talked to him about that for a few minutes afterwards. Also stopped by and asked someone in their anime club about the Asian studies stuff they had. Sounds like Chinese and Japanese are separated...If I went I'd probably pursue Chinese but take one or two Japanese classes on the side...YAY OPEN CURRICULUM!!
BUT that's not what I'm going to talk about. What I'm going to talk about is what I did when I got home. Well, first off I caught up on Chuggaa's Pikmin 2 LP. One more episode and then the finale~!...I think~! ^^; THEN...
...I yelled at anime characters playing baseball...
NO! I CAUGHT THE BIG WINDUP OBSESSION! WHY THE HELL DIDN'T I GET MYSELF VACCINATED?!
Nah nah just kidding ^^; I won't call myself obsessed yet...But I really, really do like the show (even though I suck at remembering characters' names...I KNOW MIHASHI AND ABE!! WHOO!! (is hit by a brick) ). And the baseball facts and stuff are super interesting! I've always liked baseball, it's my favorite sport, but I suck at it...If I get on base, I'm good at stealing! It's hitting the ball that's the problem...
Anyways, besides my Ai obsession (and shouting "DOGGY~!" every time he's onscreen...), I've found someone else to obsess over--Oda, whose name I'm sure is spelled wrong. Now, I HATE southern accents. No offense, people from the south, I'm sure my accent is just as annoying, and most of the accents I've heard are really stereotypical anyway so yeah... But Oda, since he's supposed to represent someone from the "west" (I'd assume the U.S., since if he was from Canada or Britain or somewhere (I typed "someone" at first...Hetalia much?) in Europe I'd assume they'd match the accent a bit better...), has one of these stereotypical southern drawls...
AND I LOVE HIM <3
He has such an odd character...It's hard to describe...He's basically the mediator of the rival team Mihashi and Abe are facing now...
So of course, he'll only be here for a few more episodes -_- Oh well, I'll still have Ai~!

I kinda wanna sleep...but I have a meme to doooooooooooooooo...
I was talking about what would happen if Iago's (from Shakespeare's Othello) wish to erase his past came true...Somehow, I saw Roderigo as becoming the bad guy in this...Iago wouldn't encourage Roderigo's hatred for Othello but not discourage it either and possibly slip in the name of where he, Cassio, Desdemona, and Othello are going.
Roderigo kills Othello, then when Iago tries to stop him kills Iago too, storms into Desdemona's room, kills Emilia (Iago's wife), then tries to make off with Desdemona but accidentally kills her in the struggle. Depressed and mad, he commits suicide.
Cassio, witnessing all of this, spirals into alcoholic depression, just like he does with the old story!!
So maybe it's not a good idea to have this wish get granted...or maybe I should do some more thinking and figure out how to get Iago out alive...and maybe Cassio too... (only pretends she doesn't like him)
I always thought that if the whole Othello thing didn't happen, Iago and Cassio would be inseparable...
Anyways, I'm not really coherent right now...I actually blacked out for a second when I stood up...I might sleep...BUT MY MEME FUFUFUFUFUFUFU

Didn't really like the school I saw today...they had weird scheduling and crap and lots of outdoorsy stuff...I dunno...

I think my sinus infection's coming back... (has a terrible headache) Maybe it's just lack of sleep?
