This week in the UK will see see the premier of the 3rd Season of The Sarah Jane Adventures (SJA).
For those who don't know, SJA is a spin-off of the new Doctor Who series. Sarah Jane Smith (played by Elizabeth Sladen) was a investigative journalist who became a companion of the Third and Fourth Doctors in the classic series. She returned in the 2nd Season of Doctor Who and then got her own series. In SJA, Sarah and her adopted son Luke and his friends Clyde, Maria, and later Rani, often do battle with alien menaces to protect Earth.
I'm especially excited for this new season because David Tennant will guest star in Eps. 5 and 6 ("The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith") as the Doctor as he faces off against the Trickster, a being who feeds off chaos by distorting time.
