Shot in the Arm

Went with my dad and grandma to get our flu shots this afternoon. They had a clinic giving them out set up at the local Walgreens. Despite the fact that everyone called ahead and had "appointments" it was taking four times as long for the guy giving the shots to change his gloves after each one than to actually give the shot, so we waited for almost an hour. Since standing in line for that long would have been too difficult for grandma, she and I sat down while dad held our place in line. Mom showed up awhile later to get her shot too.

So if you haven't done it already, make sure you're immunized this season.

And now, to pad out the post, I present "All Lights Reversed" by Serenity from their new album Fallen Sanctuary. I've been addicted to this song lately; Serenity turned up the symphonic elements on this album, improving on their already amazing sound. Not to mention Georg Neuhauser is an amazing singer.
