Had an appointment with a chiropractor today, first time I've ever been to one. This came out of the dentist noticing that my posture/alignment was off (yes, the dentist noticed, she's into the full-body approach to dental health). Due to the large amount of scar tissue I have due to surgeries, it's inevitable that I'm slightly out of alignment.
This same chiropractor has been treating my dad too. We had our initial consultation today and he bent me around and did a few other things to gauge where the problem areas were. I felt rather bent and mildly abused, but other than that I actually felt less stiff afterward. ^^ I think it really relaxed me too, because later at home I ended up falling asleep in the living room recliner. =P
Parents are going to another church camp thing this weekend. Even when they're busy with school, they never say no to these church things. People need to stop asking them to go constantly because they never refuse. >>;
I am currently addicted to the songs that are on the Lunatic Soul MySpace page. Lunatic Soul is a side project by Mariusz Duda, vocalist of Riverside, and he worked on it with members of a few other well-known Polish prog bands. Seriously, if I ever have to flee this country for any reason, I'll either move to Poland or Sweden, since they have given rise to a lot of great music in the last couple of years. ^^
