Balance Of Power is a British band that plays melodic prog metal with some AOR touches. This song, "Hard Life", is from their 2001 album Perfect Balance. On vocals is journeyman singer Lance King; no grunts or growls here, Lance is from the classic metal school and sings in a falsetto.
