15. Orarion - Nagi Yanagi (Owari no Seraph: Battle of Nagoya) End 2

TV Size | Full Version

I liked this ending mostly based on the dark imagery it presented. It shows the post apocalyptic world with all of the series characters like Yu in these ordinary scenes, and then they disappear. The music is also what makes me like this ending too. It mostly stuck with me because of the quality ending sequence. This is a great anime overall and I'm really wanting another season.

14. Air ~ Tori no Uta ~ LIA (was the only opening for the series)

TV Size | Full Version | Special HD version

I finally watched through the series that is Air TV. I absolutely loved this opening. I've loved this opening for a long time, even way before I finally sat down to watch this anime. The animation was gorgeous, the song was beautiful, and it just mystified me and made me feel peaceful.

What I really like about this opening sequence is how it showcases Misuzu, Minagi, and Kano. And it also shows the other characters that are involved in this story such as Yukito and the surrounding town and scenery. Overall, there just aren't enough words for me to describe how much I loved this song and its opening sequence. This anime was so sad but definitely worth the watch for me.

13. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (Ending 3) ~ Rakuen

TV Size | Full Version

I recently rewatched the original Yu-Gi-Oh series in Japanese (w/ English subs) all the way through for once. And this ending sequence was one of my favorites from the show. All though all the opening and ending sequences were pretty great for Yu-Gi-Oh, I had to pick this one for the sheer simplicity and symbolism of it.

I got chills when they zoomed up on Yami Yugi and Yugi walking with the sun behind them. This particular scene makes this ending stand out. Of course the song is nostalgic and I just like it. But my favorite part is when Yugi is running up to his friends and they all have their arms out to hug Yugi. It's just kind of a heartwarming ending with great music, animation, and I just like it. It's always been one of my favorites so that's why I included it.
