"I'm not the only one?" The voice startled me out of my thoughts. I looked at the boy with gray hair and purple eyes. It took a while for me to realize this boy was like me, well kinda.
"You, you read my mind?" I asked.
"You figured that out on your own?" He questioned.
What's with the attitude? I'm trying to be nice here.
"I heard that." My eyes widened.
"I'm sorry, I didn't think you would." I rubbed the back of my head sheepishly. Was anything privet?
"No," He said rolling his eyes.
"You heard that to?" I sighed and attempted to not think of examples of what I would like to keep secret.
"Yo, Talor, I thought you liked fire, not water." Sander sneered as he walked up to the two of us.
"Oh, hello Sander. Maybe I should prove my likes. Lighting your ass on fire again should do the trick." I smirked while reminiscing on the time I had done that.
Sander had lied to me and said I couldn't play sports. So, as revenge I made the hole 'lair, lair pants on fire' thing literal for him.
"Oh, and need I remind you that the central flame and hottest part of the fire is blue." Sander glared at me.
"Know it all." He growled.
"Thanks for the compliment." I laughed slightly as I pulled a matchbook out of my pocket.
Sander backed away before turning and retreating back to his friends, or were they followers?
I shoved my matches back into my pocket and turned to the emo boy. "I'm Talor by the way. What should I call you?"

And I'll leave it there. Also Talor only takes out his matches when he's mad.
