As I walked up to the school I avoided the other kids. How long would I be here anyway? Not that long if I was right. Why make friends when I was going to leave anyway?
My first class was math, great, I hated math. The teacher, a blonde with glasses who looked like he needed more sleep, was letting us pick our seats. Wonder how long that would last. Well when I got into the class the only seats open were all around this boy with blue hair. Another guy with gray hair was sitting next to him.
As I sat timidly on his other side I noticed that the blue haired kid was drawing a fire on the desk in pin. I was about to attempt to say something when the bell rang.
After the teacher, Mr. Bloodgood had introduced himself I couldn't help myself. "What's up with that accent?" I blurted out and slapped my hands over my mouth. What ever happened to diapering?
"It's a "British" accent so to speak. Although most Americans seem to think that people only speak with posh accents. And I end up with one of the more...loud and obnoxious accents." He answered me with a sigh.
A lot of kids seemed skeptical. Other than me drawing attention to myself class continued with no laughs.
I just quietly took notes. That is until a flashing next to me drew my attention.

'Not now, not in the middle of class,' my head screamed as I felt the all to recognizable sensation of my hand catching fire. It didn't hurt per say, just kinda tickled.
I hurriedly hid my hand, and the fire under my desk. My other hand shot into the air. "Mr. Bloodgood, I have to go to the medical office like now!!!!" I said quickly.
"And what seems to be the emergency?" He asked. I bit my lip, not good.
"Uhhh ummmm," I fumbled to find an excuse.
"Just let him go." The red head next to me said as he looked through his hair at the teacher.
"But I need to know he isn't skipping." Mr. Bloodgood said, obviously he knew of my habit of trying to get out of classes I don't like, but math wasn't bad, only art.
"He wouldn't do that." Dante who had sat down next to me spoke up.
"Oh okay, but if I find out you were skipping you'll be in trouble." Great, just great, I couldn't really go where I said I was like this. Oh well, have to get out of here.
I rushed out of the room carefully hiding my burning hand and raced to the restroom quickly dowsing it with water from the sink. Man I needed to learn to control this fire thing.
