‘She was really nice.’ I thought as I followed her down the stairs back into the school.
“So I guess I’ll see you around.” She smiled and waved.
“Y-yea.” I said quietly then headed in the opposite direction of her and went to gym. We were playing tennis today. I didn’t mind playing tennis also this meant that I could change into a different shirt. I had to bring new gym clothes anyways.
The rest of the day went past like it always did, very slow and boring. When I went to my locker to get my things I found out that Elizabeth’s locker was just a couple down from mine. After I got my stuff I went over to her and tapped on her shoulder. She turned around and smiled.
“Hey Max.” She greeted.
I smiled a little “Hey.” I said quietly.
“So what are you up to?” She asked.
“I-I was going to head home.” I told her. “…D-did you want to w-walk with me?”
