“Yes my friends know.” I said taking a step away from her. “They all have powers.” I told them. “And we’re training together to learn how to control our powers, that’s why I have to go, I told them I wouldn’t be long.” I explained then let my wings out again. I knew I would be faster flying most of the way there then walking.
“Then take us with you.” The one named Stella said wiping away her tears.
“Sorry, I can’t carry a lot of weight.” I said and jumped into the air.
Jenny the girl I knocked to the ground got up quickly and I could see her face was red and steam was coming off her head.
“You never call a women fat!” She shouted and threw a fireball at me.
I just barely moved out of the way in time. I felt the heat from it. I started flying away but not to fast just enough so that they could follow. I was a good distance to the house when something hit me really hard in the left wing and I felt my bone snap from the pressure. I started falling towards the earth and I saw Jesse and some weird kid blocking his path.
“Jesse look out!” I shouted but it was a bit late because I ended up crashing into him and we both went tumbling on the ground.
