I stared after my brother for a moment. He really didn't have to mimic me... That stung my heart... Or something. We'd never had a very close relationship, and I don't think he forgave me for growing taller than him. I huffed slightly and ran out the door set on something.
I quickly got closer to my brother and that boy, and Salem look at me.
"Why the hell are you following us?" he spat at me, obviously still mad.
I looked at him when I brushed past him. "Im not."
I strolled towards a familiar guy from school and I looked back at his Salem's look of understanding and disgust.
"Hey you!" I tapped the boys shoulder a few times.
The guy looked at me. "Hey, aren't you that guy who people call a slu-" His words broke off.
I stared into his eyes and mine glowed for a moment, then his did the same thing. I grabbed his arm and I walked off with him following me obediantly. I brushed past my brother and heard him utter 'whore..'. I tried to ignore him, but it still got me mad.
I was still mad when I got home and shoved the gut into my room so I could have my way with him.

"You seriously bought rings?!"
We had just arrived at the courthouse, and Vlad had happily shown me the two silver bands that he bought. What made them interesting was what was engraved on it.
" A batman symbol and a Green Lantern symbol..." I said staring at the rings.
"Yes! Mine is the Batman and yours is Green Lantern!" he said happily.
Well, it is true that we had first really talked at a comic book store. And the particular comics we had in hand were the very ones he had engraved on the rings. It was rather... Sweet. Vlad and I quickly got out and walked in.
A plump smiling lady greeted us. She was going to help, it seems. She was an official, so we followed her and had the little ceremony. Then came the final part. Signing it. I was slightly nervous about the whole thing, and I signed it shakily. Almost immediately when I finished, Vlad swooped in and kissed me.
The lady smiled at us as we left. Our rings glinting in the sun.
