I gave the girl in front of me a cold smile. "No family huh? Well I know how that feels, but I have a family now. Finni is part of that family." She glared at me. "Stop doing that." She stomped away. She was kinda cute for having a bug up her a*s. Our little group was getting bigger. That's when an idea hit me. "Hey...what if we practice in groups in different locations?.....I mean....we are getting kinda big. I'm sure we attract attention."

Maaaan. We sure picked a fine time to check out the local freak hangout. Kidnappers and secret groups and murders. I looked at Lucas. Yeah this was just a fine situation to let my boyfriend go through. I just kinda stayed out of everything. I don't know these people. Do I feel bad? Yeah. Do I want to risk my life and Lucas's life to save a guy we just met.....f*ck no. Were we going to?.......I saw the look in his eyes and sighed. Probably. The mind reader kid wanted to break off into smaller groups. Whatever. As long as I'm with Lucas....and preferably away from Salem.
