I quickly sat up in bed when I heard pounding coming from the other side. I turned my head to see a boy pounding and yelling. I could hear the pounding. But I couldn't hear what he was saying. Who was that boy...? I looked down at his jumpsuit. Stitched neatly into the pant leg was "08". Another experiment? Maybe I could help him out.
Almost like magic. There was a sticky note and a pencil sitting on the ground. I picked them up and scribbled some words quickly, because I knew they were going to come for me soon.

I shivered at that last one, looking at the devices on my feet. But they were there to help, they told me. So I wouldn't hurt myself. Then the female voice came on.
Experiment 07 shall now begin Test Chamber 2, Experiment 08, please start looking for the computer.
I quickly ran over and stuck the sticky note onto the glass wall. And went to my bed, and sat quietly waiting for them to come pick me up. I couldn't help but glance up to see the boy staring at me confusedly. Did I know him perhaps? I couldn't tell.
I looked forward as I heard the whirring of the door to see three labcoat clad scientists enter. Two female, one male. The male grabbed me roughly and the two females handcuffed me. Procedures to make sure I don't try to escape they say. My glasses are taken off and replaced with prescription goggles, to make it easier.
I could see the boy's terrified face as I was dragged away. Why was he so scared? It was just standard procedure, at least that what they tell me. I could still remember the first test chamber...
I was standing in the middle of a small passage way. I walk forward and turn to crash into a hazy purple wall. I stared at it for a moment, confused. The button I was meant to press was obviously over there, passed the wall.
This is an invisibility wall,The smooth female voice told me,you can only walk or leap through them when you're invisible. I concentrated, and stepped through it with my eyes closed. It had worked. I bound forward and press the button and run towards the door. I leap through it just before it closes. I quietly walk to a small pod that lit up when I stepped in and was teleported back to the scientists to escort me to my room.
They dragged me to number 2. Telling me it was more difficult than the first, and where the knee replacements would help me.

They have that connected onto their calves under the pants and connect onto their boots.
Also, I'm not sure if Max is scared because of how roughly they treat Finni, how Finni doesn't recognize him, what knee replacements are, or because Finni is acting like this is completely normal. Possibly all of them. That would be amusing to see.
