~Dante~

I looked out my window and saw a black van outside. I stretched my power out to try and hear them. "S*it..." Jenny came up behind me. "What is it?" I sighed. "That van....I know there are people in there....3 at least, but I can't hear them." Vlad ran up and looked out. "IT MUST BE THEM!" He started to run out, but I grabbed his shirt. He turned and looked at me. "Don't go....what if they take you too? Then what will the rest of us do? We will save Finni...but we have to stick together." I looked into his sad eyes and I knew how badly he wanted to run out there and beat them all senseless, but he nodded. "You are right Dante." He ruffled my hair and sighed. "I can't save Finni by acting like an idiot." I sighed in relief. "Uh...this is all good and everything, but how are we gonna get to school now?" We both looked over at Jenny. I smiled. "I bet I can handle them. They only know half of what I can do." We headed out the back door and cut through some yards, but the black van was still waiting for us. They started to get out, but I used my power to keep the doors shut. "How long can you hold that?" I smiled. "Long enough for us to get away. It's not as hard as holding a car still was." We managed to cut behind another house before we hit the school. We were both huffing and puffing. "Ok...I vote that we should all walk home together." She nodded. We parted ways as we headed to our first class. Talor passed me a piece of paper in Math. I filled it out. No teacher came in to teach the class, which all the other students were happy about. After class was over I headed to my next class. It was harder to block everyone in the hall. There were so many. I felt the pressure again. Talor bumped me. "Dante your nose is bleeding again." I sighed and dropped my barrier. "So much for my first day of silence..." I headed to the nurse to get cleaned up.
