Jenny was really worried about Max. With all the black vans around I was starting to worry too. At lunch I saw everyone sitting at the same table. "I'm worried about Max. Has anyone seen him?" They all shook their heads. "We need to do something. Their picking us all off." Alf and Stella weren't here either. Jesse shook his head. "How do we know they got him?" I sighed. "He's all alone...it wouldn't have been hard for them to get him. They know what our powers are. This morning I couldn't read their thoughts. They're prepared..." The cafeteria was getting full. My head was starting to hurt. "Are you ok Dante?", Elizabeth asked. I shook my head. "No there's too many people...I can't block them all. It's too much." Talor nodded. "Is that why your nose started bleeding before?" I nodded. "Yeah....I want to leave, but we all need to stay together." Jenny looked worried. "Spraking of together, where are Alf and Stella?" Lucas and Sebastian looked at her. "We passed them as they were going to the nurse. Stella passed out." Jenny jumped up and headed to the nurses office.
