"Stop it boy! If you do that you're just gonna fuck up your legs! These things are here to STOP you from breaking your legs. You get used to them." I sighed heavily and swatted his hand away.
I adjusted them back to normal. (he winced a bit when I did) I started wrapping the bandages around his legs.
"There. They should be better in an hour or two."
"I want to go home..." he said, rather pathetically.
"This is your home now. We can't leave. There's only one way we can leave. And that's if you die." The flash of that video with the poor five year old flashed in my mind.
"You don't understand! They're messing with your memories!"
"Theyve been nothing but kind to me! Because I haven't been struggling. You won't hate it here if you just. Go. Along." I turned and walked back to my room, the door sliding shut behind me. But I had a split second to hear. "What have they done to you?"

As we arrived to my house, someone stepped out.
"Lucas! Salem! I just got a call from the school! Are you okay?" it was my mother.
It was obvious for everyone who met my mother that I was her son. We both had the same pale orange hair and bright blue eyes. When I was little, dad said I was the perfect little replica of my mother. Salem on the other hand, looked exactly like dad. The only difference was the hieght. While mom was small and petite her whole life, I quickly grew taller than Salem.
"Im fine mom. It's just a fever." Salem said, looking at mom.
"Just a fever my ass! You two are so sickly honestly! You two were bedridden with the flu just last month!" She finally noticed Sebby. "Oh! Is this the supposed boyfriend I've heard so much about?"
I blushed and nodded. "Yeah... This is Sebastian."
"Nice to meet you! Now hurry inside! It's still a bit chilly outside, I don't want you boys to get more sick!" she said, herding us inside.
