I looked at him confused for a second then realized what he was talking about. The metal things that were attached to my legs. “Why should I?” I asked.
“Because if you don’t start cooperating they’re going to kill you.” He told me flat out.
I sighed and got out of bed and tried to step forward but instantly tumbled backwards onto the ground. “You have to walk on your toes.” He told me.
“I can’t do this. Because of these things it throws off my balance because of my wings add extra weight to my back.” I explained.
He kneeled down next to me and pressed a button on both of them then he held out a hand to help me up. I took it and he helped me up. “Now try to walk.” He said and I did what he said.
I wobbled a bit but I was able to walk around. “What did you do?” I asked surprised that I could walk on them.
“The balance trigger was off on them.” He answered. “So we’re going to be doing team tests.” He stated.
“Team tests?” I said confused as I looked down at the ground focusing on walking.
“It’s where we have to work together. It tests our thinking and communication skills.” He explained.
“Well that sounds easy enough.” I nodded and tucked my wings in to see if that would help at all.
“So how does it fell?” Mr. Bloodgood questioned.
I looked up at him then back down at the ground, “It hurts but I should be able to handle it.” I told him.
One of the lady doctors came in with some strange pill. “Hello Doctor White.” Mr. Bloodgood greeted.
“Here take these.” She said handing Mr. Bloodgood two pills and cautiously handing me two pills as well.
Mr. Bloodgood took them and I figured that I should probably take them too so I didn’t get in trouble.
“Those pills will temporarily make you lose your powers.” She explained.
“No, no, no, no, no, this is bad.” I said grabbing my hair.
“Why is it bad?” Mr. Bloodgood asked.
I couldn’t answer, it felt like my body pulsed and then it was burning like me. “Hummm…” I tried to keep my mouth shut and squeeze my eyes shut. It hurt so bad as my bones grew back. After a few minuets of trying to hold it in I couldn’t hold it in any more I started crying and my hair lightened to blonde. It just hurt so much.

Yep now he has to go through all of it again. The wonderful pain of losing his wings then getting them back again.
