~Dante~
I sighed and rubbed the back of my head. "I'm sorry. I haven't had my guard up since earlier. I didn't mean to hear.....uh it looks like it might storm again tonight. If it does you can....come to my room. We can talk...I...if it'll help." I was blushing really bad so I smiled. "I'm happy you're staying here again." Then I ran off before I could make her mad again. As I was laying in my room I wondered if I could reach Max. My nose didn't bleed last time so I guess that means I wasn't at my limit. I stretched it out again until I felt a familiar mind. "Max?" There was a feeling of surprise and then happiness. "DANTE?!" I winced. "Sorry man, I'm just really happy to hear from you." I sighed inrelief. "I don't know how long I can hold it, but we got your letter. We also got a lot of info about what's been going on. I managed to reach Finni earlier, but he it didn't spark any recognition." I felt a twinge of pain for a second, but it went away. "Dante...this place is messed up. I'm afraid." I could feel his fear. "It's ok Max. We made a plan and we're going to save you and my dad." There was a terrible pain coming from Max's end. It made me scream. "M...my bones are hollowing out....." I lost the link between us. I blacked out. "re...DANTE?!" Someone was shaking me. "DANTE?!" I opened my eyes to see Jenny and Vlad standing over me. I groaned in pain. "Max's powers came back....." Vlad sighed. "I swear boy you scare me to death sometimes." Mary Ann ran in with a cloth. She pressed it against my ear. I sighed. "I went to far again didn't I?" Jenny slapped me. "DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE!!!" I smiled. "I had to try talking to Max." I shivered. "I just didn't expect his powers to come back while we were linked....I could feel it. I hope for his sake they don't take them away again." I slowly sat up, but fell back when everything started to go black again. "I'll be ok. I...I just need to sleep." Vlad and Mary Ann nodded and left my room. Jenny was still sitting there. "So....when you bleed like that..." I closed my eyes. "I'm probably doing something bad...." I looked out the window. "Hey look, a nice clear moon. Hehe guess you won't have to worry about a storm now."
